Kaileigh does a truly excellent job of staying on top of the latest research into health and movement so I don’t have to be an expert. Unlike some trainers who like to fit clients into their system, Kaileigh spent a good chunk of time getting to know me and how I like to work out and eat. Kaileigh used that information to design a program that was unique to me, while including gentle nudges towards a healthier, more injury-resistant lifestyle that’s actually sustainable. When training, she does a great job of correcting bad form without coming across like a drill sergeant, and has a great sense for when to push for an extra rep and when to back off a bit. In short, training with Kaileigh has been an excellent investment in my own health and well-being, enough so that when my partner was looking for a trainer, I recommended Kaileigh immediately. I cannot think of higher praise than that.
