Kaileigh does a truly excellent job of staying on top of the latest research into health and movement so I don’t have to be an expert. Unlike some trainers who like to fit clients into their system, Kaileigh spent a good chunk of time getting to know me and how I like to work out and eat. Kaileigh used that information to design a program that was unique to me, while including gentle nudges towards a healthier, more injury-resistant lifestyle that’s actually sustainable. When training, she does a great job of correcting bad form without coming across like a drill sergeant, and has a great sense for when to push for an extra rep and when to back off a bit. In short, training with Kaileigh has been an excellent investment in my own health and well-being, enough so that when my partner was looking for a trainer, I recommended Kaileigh immediately. I cannot think of higher praise than that.

Before when I worked with a health coach there wasn’t much mentioned about eating and eating habits other than a restrictive diet of brown rice, a vegetable and chicken. I think the reason why I’ve been able to stay focused is your teaching and constant support. There is an infinite amount of positive things I could say about Kaileigh. First and foremost, she is incredibly knowledgeable and professional and she runs an honest business. She is highly trained in multiple fields, and I feel like that’s hard to find, not many coaches are well rounded in that they really have a scientific knowledge of their ways beyond weight loss basics. I was struggling with my weight but I had underlying issues like poor nutrition, mental health needs and other things on the table and she always meets what I need and doesn’t judge at all. Even though I knew her personally before I started training with her, we were able to do work together through various means of communication. I sent her screenshots of my workouts and my fitness apps. She was always so encouraging when I felt down and she never made me feel bad about myself. balancing nutrition, making it fun and manageable
At the start of my plan she broke down nutrition for me in a comprehensive conversation. Understanding how food is just as important as exercise dramatically changed my life. I saw results a lot quicker than I had compared to other plans I had done, and was able to workout even harder. Throughout my training she shared her favorite meal ideas and tips that I still swear by today. Before I always got bored of “dieting” but she does a great job of balancing nutrition, making it fun and manageable so you feel satisfied and not deprived of the things you love.
